Verification at the Time of Delivery
It is essential to carefully check the external condition and contents of the package in the presence of the courier before signing the delivery document. Even if the external packaging appears intact, we recommend unpacking the product to ensure there are no hidden damages.
• In Case of Visible Damage or Courier Refusal to Wait
If the packaging shows visible damage or if the courier refuses to wait while you check the contents, please sign the delivery note with a remark. This will allow us to initiate a dispute with the courier.
• Correct Remark
Note: the simple remark "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" is not sufficient to initiate the insurance process. You must clearly indicate on the delivery document the following: "PACKAGING NOT INTACT, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT THE CONTENTS."
• Description of Damages
For the claim to be considered valid, it is important to provide a clear, explicit, and imperative description of the damages found, including photos of the damage. This will facilitate the opening of the insurance claim and the possible reimbursement or replacement of the damaged product.
Customized Products
Products made to measure and with custom finishes cannot be returned, as established by current regulations: Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code removes the right of withdrawal in cases where the sold goods are made "to measure" or "customized" according to the customer's choices. When selecting different options for doors, furniture, and furnishings, these items are considered specific customizations for the customer and, therefore, do not fall under standard return and refund policies.
Accessories
For accessories, returns are guaranteed within 15 days from the date of receipt, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Please contact us to initiate the return process and provide all necessary details.
