The Slim GuestKey electronic lock is designed to meet the needs of hospitality facilities, such as hotels and bed & breakfasts, that want to offer secure and modern access to their guests. Easy to install and customize, this lock combines practicality and innovation, improving the guest experience and increasing security.

Main features

• Secure and personalized access: Thanks to the RFID card reader and the touch numeric keypad, guests can access the rooms without traditional keys. In addition, it is possible to generate temporary codes for each guest, making access management simple and flexible.
• Simple, Non-Intrusive Installation: The Slim GuestKey lock is easily installed without the need to replace the entire lock, reducing the cost and time of upgrading your system.

GuestKey is an innovative self check-in system for hotels and B&Bs, designed to improve the reception and management of guests through modern technologies. Thanks to GuestKey, guests can access their rooms without physical keys, using dynamic codes or RFID cards, while staff can monitor access, open doors remotely and manage the experience with advanced home automation integrations.

GuestKey is available in two subscriptions:

• Basic Subscription (€7.99/year per lock) : includes essential functions for self check-in, such as keyless access, access code management and advanced security. Does not include room planning .
• Full Subscription (€9.99/year per lock) : includes all the features of the Basic, plus room planning, integration with administrative systems (cards, Istat data and tourist tax calculation) and home automation functions for an even more personalized and complete experience.

Each subscription includes a free bridge essential for the correct functioning of the locks that covers a maximum distance of 10 meters.

How GuestKey Works

1. Personalized Access Code : After entering the check-in and check-out dates, the customer receives an access code valid for the entire duration of the stay.

2. Remote Code Sending : The code is automatically sent via email and WhatsApp , allowing guests to access the property independently, without the need for staff to be present.

3. Automatic Expiration : At the end of your stay, the access code is automatically deactivated, ensuring security without manual intervention.

4. Automatic Code Generation : GuestKey creates a unique code for each guest, eliminating the need to manually reset passwords and simplifying access management for the manager.

5. Automatic RFID Card Assignment : RFID cards are automatically associated with the guest for each individual reservation. After check-out, the cards stop working, ensuring that they cannot be used by other guests, increasing security.

6. Energy Saving : RFID cards, provided directly in the room, allow you to activate electricity and room services, promoting energy saving. In this way, the manager optimizes energy use and guests can enjoy an eco-sustainable solution.
