EasyEntry – Monthly Subscription (price per room)

EasyEntry: digital check-in and Alloggiati Web, monthly subscription

EasyEntry scans the guest's ID, sends the record to the Alloggiati Web police portal, transmits ISTAT statistics and calculates the tourist tax. The price is per room: in the cart, enter the number of rooms in your property as the quantity.

Price

• €2.49 + VAT per room per month, renewed automatically every month.
• Example: a property with 10 rooms adds 10 to the cart and pays €24.90 + VAT per month.
• No activation fee and no penalties.

How it is activated

1. Order the subscription, entering the number of rooms.
2. We contact you to activate the account and set it up with you.
3. From then on, payment renews automatically every month.

More rooms or cancellation

If your number of rooms changes, or if you want to cancel, write to us: we update or close the subscription, with no penalties. Guest identification, required by the Italian Ministry of the Interior circular of 18 November 2024, remains the property's responsibility: EasyEntry handles collecting and sending the data.
