The guest walks in

Frequently asked questions about electronic locks
Do I need internet to open the doors?
No. Codes and cards also work with the lock offline. The connection is needed to open remotely and to sync the cards with the booking dates.
Will the handle fit my door?
In most cases you only change the handle and keep the existing lock. To be sure, five measurements are enough: here they are.
Does the price change with the number of rooms?
No. The software subscription is per property: the same price with 3 rooms or 30. You buy the locks once, one per door.
What is the difference between Basic and Full?
Basic handles self check-in: codes, sending, cards and access log. Full adds room planning, Italian guest registration, ISTAT data, tourist tax and home automation.
How do I let cleaners and maintenance staff in?
With a permanent staff code, or a temporary code sent by link that opens only in the time slot you choose.
What if a guest loses the card?
Block it from the software with one click: it stops opening at once.
Do the batteries run down?
The software shows each lock's charge: change the batteries when it drops below 20%.
Is there a shared building door before the apartment?
The entry route gives a code for each step: building door, gate, door. For the intercom there are GateLink and modules for Bticino and Urmet.
