GuestKey is an innovative self-check-in system for hotels and B&Bs, designed to improve guest reception and management through modern technology. With GuestKey, guests can access their rooms without physical keys, using dynamic codes or RFID cards, while staff can monitor access, open doors remotely, and manage the experience with advanced home automation integrations.

GuestKey is available in two annual subscriptions, the price of which varies depending on the number of rooms and type of property:

• Basic Subscription : Includes essential self-check-in features, such as keyless entry, access code management, and advanced security. Room scheduling is not included .
• Full Subscription : includes all the features of the Basic subscription, plus room planning, integration with administrative systems (schedules, ISTAT data, and tourist tax calculation), and home automation functions for an even more personalized and comprehensive experience.

How GuestKey Works

1. Personalized Access Code : After entering the check-in and check-out dates, the customer receives an access code valid for the entire duration of the stay.

2. Remote Code Sending : The code is automatically sent via email and WhatsApp , allowing guests to access the property independently, without the need for staff to be present.

3. Automatic Expiration : At the end of your stay, the access code is automatically deactivated, ensuring security without manual intervention.

4. Automatic Code Generation : GuestKey creates a unique code for each guest, eliminating the need to manually reset passwords and simplifying access management for the manager.

5. Automatic RFID Card Assignment : RFID cards are automatically assigned to the guest for each individual reservation. After checkout, the cards cease functioning, ensuring they cannot be used by other guests, increasing security.

6. Energy Saving : RFID cards, provided directly in the room, allow you to activate electricity and in-room amenities, promoting energy savings. This way, the manager optimizes energy use and guests enjoy an eco-sustainable solution.
