GuestKey is an innovative self check-in system for hotels and B&Bs, designed to enhance guest reception and management through modern technologies. Thanks to GuestKey, guests can access their rooms without physical keys, using dynamic codes or RFID cards, while staff can monitor access, open doors remotely, and manage the experience with advanced home automation integrations.

GuestKey is available in two annual subscriptions, with prices varying depending on the number of rooms and type of facility:

• Basic Subscription: includes essential self check-in features, such as keyless access, access code management, and advanced security. It does not include room planning.
• Full Subscription: includes all Basic features, plus room planning, integration with administrative systems (registration forms, Istat data, and tourist tax calculation), and home automation functions for an even more personalized and complete experience.

How GuestKey Works

1. Personalized Access Code: After entering check-in and check-out dates, the customer receives an access code valid for the entire duration of their stay.

2. Remote Code Delivery: The code is automatically sent via email and WhatsApp, allowing guests to access the facility independently, without the need for staff presence.

3. Automatic Expiration: At the end of the stay, the access code is automatically deactivated, ensuring security without manual intervention.

4. Automatic Code Generation: GuestKey creates a unique code for each customer, eliminating the need to manually reset passwords and simplifying access management for the operator.

5. Automatic RFID Card Association: RFID cards are automatically associated with the customer for each individual reservation. After check-out, the cards stop working, ensuring they cannot be used by other guests, enhancing security.

6. Energy Saving: RFID cards, provided directly in the room, allow the activation of electricity and in-room services, promoting energy saving. This way, the operator optimizes energy use, and guests can enjoy an eco-sustainable solution.
