Our armoured doors are certified in class 3 and class 4 against forced entry to the European standard EN 1627 and reach you straight from the factory: since 1969 we have been manufacturing and selecting doors in Sicily and selling them online at factory prices, with no intermediaries. Class 3 or class 4 armoured door? The quick guide
The burglar resistance class (EN 1627) describes the type of attack the door withstands. Classes 1 and 2 are only suitable for secondary entrances; for the front door of a home, class 3 is the starting point.

Soundproofed and thermally insulated as standard
Every armoured door in the catalogue is also a sound-insulating door: certified acoustic reduction from 32 to 36 decibels and thermal transmittance from 1.96 to 1.34 W/m²K. More security outside, more quiet and fewer heat losses inside — at no extra cost.
50% tax deduction in 2026 for properties located in Italy
Buying and installing an armoured door falls under the Italian Bonus Sicurezza (art. 16-bis of the TUIR): a 50% income tax deduction on a main residence (up to €96,000 of expenditure) and 36% on other properties, recovered over 10 annual instalments. No renovation work is required: replacing the door is enough, paid by dedicated bank transfer. Rates will fall from 2027, so work carried out by 31 December 2026 keeps the higher percentage. This benefit applies only to properties located in Italy; on delivery we supply the technical documentation and the class certificate needed for the paperwork.

In our catalogue a class 3 armoured door starts at €549.99 and a class 4 at €949.99, with the price depending on size, finish, acoustic package and accessories. Because we sell straight from the factory, the price carries no reseller mark-up.
What is the difference between class 3 and class 4?
Class 3 withstands forced entry with a crowbar and hand tools and is the recommended standard for flats; class 4 also withstands cutting and percussion tools and is the right choice for detached houses, ground floors and isolated entrances, where a burglar can work longer without being seen.
Is an armoured door tax deductible?
For properties located in Italy, yes: in 2026 the deduction is 50% on a main residence and 36% on other properties, over 10 annual instalments, paid by dedicated bank transfer. On delivery we supply the technical documentation and the class certificate needed for the paperwork.
