Technical Features

Aluminium Structure: Passivated extruded aluminium frame (EN AW 6060 alloy - Anticorodal 063) with Klevar plaster mesh, which prevents cracks between the wall and the door.
Door Panel: 44/54 mm thick honeycomb structure with solid wood frame and high density polystyrene soundproofing, covered with Class 1 sanded MDF with low formaldehyde emissions.
Invisible Hinges: 3D adjustable on three axes, tested for 200,000 cycles, allow precise adjustment in height, width and depth.
Magnetic Lock: With keyhole, also available in versions with latch hole and cylinder hole. Lock options available: roller lock, panic lock, with electric or mechanical strike.

Installation

It is installed while the wall is being built, in 12 steps. The sheet has two versions: choose the one for your wall.

PlasterboardDoor first, then the boardsStructure with the profiles, door plumbed, frame screwed with self-drilling screws, boards onto the edge of the frame.

MasonryAnchors, mesh and 12 hoursFrame with spacers, anchors set in, overlapping mesh. The spacers stay until the cement is dry: 12 hours.

In both6 mm off the floorDoor balanced with a wedge, filler between frame and wall, both sides painted together, then the hinges are adjusted.
