Doors for dental practices and radiology doors with 1 mm lead

	Radiology doors have a finished thickness of 46 mm. The leaf is made up of seven layers: - central layer of 1 mm lead sheet; - 2 extra-hard, high-density mineral fibre panels, 4 mm thick; - hollow-core construction enclosed by a double perimeter frame, with a honeycomb core in phenolic-resin cardboard; - 2 plastic laminates, 9/10 mm thick; the standard colour is white or sand. - X-ray shielding lead: 1 mm primary-smelted lead sheet, calibrated and brushed. - any lead thickness on request. The price of the lead sheet varies according to the thickness of the lead.
	The frame of doors for healthcare facilities: it is made of solid wood with lead sheet. Interlocking architraves with an interposed lead sheet: A) Profile for the panel rebate and seat for inserting the profile B) Architraves / external trim of the X-ray shielding panels with an interposed 1 mm lead sheet, covering the counterframe (adjustable for masonry walls from 10 cm up to 13 cm)
	Hinges of the lead-lined doors: 5 hinges, depending on the lead thickness used and on the door size. The hinges are of the ball-bearing type and adjustable for easy regulation. Each hinge has a load capacity of 125 kg.
	The handles of the X-ray shielding doors are in heavy-gauge aluminium and of the safety (anti-injury) type.
	The lock of the lead-lined doors is a patent-key type, CE marked and compliant with EN 12209. Alternatively, prepared for a Yale cylinder (euro profile).

The finish of the lead-lined door can be chosen from the standard colours; non-standard colours are available at extra cost. Sheet lead compliant with UNI 6450-69, minimum purity 99.9%. Lead with a radiometric value within the limits of Legislative Decree no. 230 of 17/03/1995. Supplied with a certificate of conformity.

The lead door has a HINGED HOLLOW-CORE LEAF LINED with 1 mm lead, in single-leaf or double-leaf versions; it can also be surface-mounted sliding, pocket sliding or pivot-sliding.
