3 mm Doors for Dental Surgeries and Radiology Rooms

	The radiology doors have a finished thickness of 46 mm. The leaf consists of seven layers: - central layer of 3 mm lead sheet; - 2 extra-hard, high-density mineral fibre panels, 4 mm; - hollow core surrounded by a double perimeter frame, with honeycomb in phenolic-resin-impregnated card; - 2 plastic laminates, 9/10 thick; the standard colour is white or sand. - Anti-X lead: 3 mm primary (virgin) lead sheet, calibrated and brushed. - any lead thickness on request. The price of the lead sheet varies according to the thickness of the lead.
	The frame of the doors for healthcare facilities is made of solid wood with lead sheet. Interlocking architraves with lead sheet sandwiched inside: A) Profile for the panel rebate and seat for inserting the profile B) Architraves / outer trim of the anti-X panels with 3 mm lead sheet sandwiched inside, covering the counterframe (adjustable for masonry walls from 10 cm to 13 cm)
	Hinges of the lead-lined doors: 5 hinges, depending on the lead thickness used and the size of the door. The hinges are ball-bearing hinges and adjustable for easy regulation. Each hinge has a load capacity of 125 kg.
	The handles of the anti-X-ray doors are in heavy-gauge aluminium and of the safety type.
	The lock of the lead-lined doors is a patent-key lock, CE marked and compliant with EN 12209, or alternatively prepared for a Yale cylinder.

The finish of the lead-lined door can be chosen from the standard colours; non-standard colours are available at extra cost. Sheet lead compliant with UNI 6450-69, minimum purity 99.9%. Lead with a radiometric value within the limits set by Italian Legislative Decree no. 230 of 17/03/1995. Supplied with a certificate of conformity.

The Lead-Lined Door has a HINGED HOLLOW-CORE LEAF and is LEAD-LINED with 3 mm lead, in single-leaf or double-leaf versions; it can also be supplied as a surface-mounted sliding door, a pocket sliding door or a pivot-and-slide (rototranslating) door.
