The EasyWall invisible door is the perfect way to merge door and room into a single surface. It is designed to be installed quickly and easily in plastered or plasterboard walls, and works with existing floors or floors still to be laid, which makes it ideal for renovations.

EasyWall is a door without architraves, which is why it is called an invisible door. It has a sturdy white extruded-aluminium frame that is built into the wall, for a modern, minimal design.

Technical features of the EasyWall door

Picture a home without corners, skirting boards or protruding doors: a home full of light and personality, with flush doors.

Thanks to the concealed hinges and the deep jamb of these aluminium invisible doors, they blend into the wall with a perfectly minimal finish. The EasyWall door has a character of its own: minimal, bright and light.

Frame core
- Made of passivated extruded aluminium (alloy EN AW 6060 – Anticorodal 063).
- Replaces the traditional jamb lining with a kevlar plaster mesh.
- Prevents unsightly cracks between the wall and the invisible door.
Panel
- White hollow-core panel, total thickness 44 mm.
- Solid-wood perimeter frame, faced with 2 sheets of sanded MDF, Class 1 and low formaldehyde emission.
Rebate seal
- Soft rubber, for quiet closing.
Hinges
- White hinges, 3D-adjustable on all three axes (height, width, depth).
- Tested for 200,000 cycles.
Lock
- Magnetic lock as standard, white finish (also available with thumbturn hole and cylinder hole).
- Options on request: key-hole lock, cylinder hole, thumbturn hole, roller-catch lock, panic lock, lock with electric strike, security lock with electric or mechanical strike.

Installation

It is installed while the wall is being built, in 12 steps. The sheet has two versions: choose the one for your wall.

PlasterboardDoor first, then the boardsStructure with the profiles, door plumbed, frame screwed with self-drilling screws, boards onto the edge of the frame.

MasonryAnchors, mesh and 12 hoursFrame with spacers, anchors set in, overlapping mesh. The spacers stay until the cement is dry: 12 hours.

In both6 mm off the floorDoor balanced with a wedge, filler between frame and wall, both sides painted together, then the hinges are adjusted.
