Technical Features of Raso Wall Doors with Mirror

The mirrored Raso Wall door has an aluminium structure with a modern design. The door panel, of hollow-core construction, is approximately 50 mm thick and has a solid wood perimeter frame. Soundproofing is provided by a layer of high-density polystyrene. The frame, in passivated extruded aluminium, is combined with a Kevlar plaster mesh, preventing cracks between wall and frame even after years of use.

The opening direction must be decided before purchase: push or pull, opening to the right or to the left.

Installation

It is installed while the wall is being built, in 12 steps. The sheet has two versions: choose the one for your wall.

PlasterboardDoor first, then the boardsStructure with the profiles, door plumbed, frame screwed with self-drilling screws, boards onto the edge of the frame.

MasonryAnchors, mesh and 12 hoursFrame with spacers, anchors set in, overlapping mesh. The spacers stay until the cement is dry: 12 hours.

In both6 mm off the floorDoor balanced with a wedge, filler between frame and wall, both sides painted together, then the hinges are adjusted.
