GuestKey Full: self check-in and room planning

GuestKey Full does everything Basic does, and also shows you the room planning: bookings and occupancy at a glance. Codes are generated for every booking and reach guests by WhatsApp or email. You pay once a year, for the whole property: not per room.

What it does

• Room planning: all your property's bookings on one calendar.
• Automatic codes: enter the guest and the dates, the code is generated automatically and is valid only from check-in to check-out.
• Sent by WhatsApp or email: the message is already written, with code, dates and any instructions you want to add, such as the Wi-Fi.
• 14 code types: for the stay, for first access, permanent for staff and cleaners, time slots for gyms and shared areas.
• RFID cards: timed for guests, permanent for staff. A lost card can be blocked with one click.
• Access log: who opened, when and how.
• Entry routes: main door, gate and room in sequence, with a code for each step.
• Remote opening: with the lock connected to the GuestKey Bridge.

What you need

At least one GuestKey lock or reader, bought once and yours to keep. The software opens at guestkey.cloud from a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.

Full or Basic?

If you don't need the planning, GuestKey Basic handles the whole self check-in and costs less. For advice, message us on WhatsApp.
